● FSheet bar bundle of a Funke brazed plate heat exchanger is made of pressed stainless steel; with copper or nickel foil of purity over 99.9%, heated and brazed in a vacuum furnace. Besides, the plates on both ends of the plate bundle and connection tube at the medium inlet and outlet are also processed together with the plate bundle in a vacuum furnace.
● Main features of Funke brazed plate heat exchanger: high heat exchange efficiency, temperature and pressure resistant, light weight, small volume and compact structure etc.
● Applicable to places including hydraulic station, lubrication station, air conditioning system, refrigeration system, chemical industry, and waste heat recovery.
● Funke provides such two types as TPL and GPLK brazed plate heat exchangers.
 
 
The sheet bundle of TPL model is made up of smooth sheet bars and the turbulent fins embedded in it. Funke reasonably arranges the location of the turbulent fins as required for the application work conditions, so as to maximize heat exchange effect.
